Special Olympics Poland

Special Olympics Poland representation participated for the first time in Special Olympics Games in 1983. Currently there are over 17,000 athletes with intellectual disability who train in 564 Special Olympics clubs "sections" in 18 Regional Branches across Poland. It differs from Paralympic as Special Olympics is for all ability levels not just the elite level.
